We have suspected for quite some time that violence in Baghdad, a city of 6+ million was concentrated in specific neighborhoods, as violence in most cities is. I can't find the so called "Raging Civil" war anywhere outside of the Mansour District. Keep in mind these neighborhoods have anywhere from 500,000 to 2,000,000 people.
